Quietus favourites These New Puritans have announced a UK tour to accompany the release of their forthcoming new album.

With their second record Hidden set for release on January 18 and new single 'We Want War' to arrive a week earlier on January 11, the band will play the following shows:

January 19 - Rough Trade East, London

January 25 - Bush Hall, London

February 1 - Audio, Brighton

February 2 - Hare and Hounds, Birmingham

February 3 - Deaf Institute, Manchester

February 4 - Captains Rest, Glasgow

February 5 - Jukebox, Newcastle

February 6 - Brudnell Social Club, Leeds
