The second wave of names for this year’s edition of Unsound in Kraków has been announced, with Holly Herndon, Laurel Halo and Bill Drummond amongst those announced.
Drummond will give a lecture and screen his film Imagine Waking Up Tomorrow And All Music Has Disappeared at the festival, though this event will require a separate ticket to the overall festival pass.
Holly Herndon’s set will see her perform alongside a vocal ensemble, while Laurel Halo will present her latest album, Dust, live alongside percussionist Eli Keszler.
Also newly confirmed today are appearances from Księżyc (performing with Svitlana Nianio and Paweł Romańczuk), Ben Frost, Einstürzende Neubauten and Dominick Fernow presenting his Rainforest Spiritual Enslavement project live for the first time.
The extensive announcement also includes a debut collaborative show from Wife and Mumdance as Bliss Signal, while Lena Willikens and Vladimir Ivkovic will play back-to-back. Manchester’s Swing Ting collective will be represented by Samrai, Platt and MC Fox, with the Mixpak label also featuring in the form of Jubilee and Dre Skull playing together.
Other highlights include Discwoman affiliate DJ Haram, Sega Bodega, Coucou Chloe, J.G Biberkopf, Lutto Lento, Black Zone Myth Chant, Giant Swan and Octo Octa.
