Beastie Boys And Spike Jonze To Release Photo Book

It will take in over 200 shots taken by Jonze over the course of the trio's career

Beastie Boys and Spike Jonze’s long-running partnership will be the focus of a new book to be published in March.

Titled Beastie Boys, the book centres around over 200 photos taken by Jonze during Beastie Boys’ career. Included amongst the shots are outtakes from the group’s music video shoot for ‘Sabotage’ and the cover shoot session for their 1999 greatest hits album The Sounds of Science.

Mike D and Ad-Rock, the group’s two surviving members, have contributed new words to the book, while Jonze has written the afterword. It will be published on March 17.

Jonze previously contributed to Beastie Boys Book, a 600-page memoir released in 2018.
