Throbbing Gristle LPs Re-Pressed

Classic remastered albums to re-enter shops

Throbbing Gristle will soon begin a campaign of re-presses of their classic albums following the reissue of the albums back in 2011 when they reactivated their Industrial Records label.

As The Vinyl Factory reports, the albums (A Second Annual Report, DOA The Third & Final Report, Heathen Earth, 20 Jazz Funk Greats and Throbbing Gristle’s Greatest Hits) are all available to purchase in their remastered and repressed form here from this week.

Industrial also plans to re-press X-TG’s Desertshore / The Final Report which Chris Carter & Cosey Fanni Tutti released in 2012 as a tribute to fellow former TG member Peter “Sleazy” Christopherson. You can check out a review of the reissues from 2011 here. There’ll also be a DVD release of the Throbbing Gristle live films, from the notorious Oundle School concert to their first reconvening at the London Astoria in 2004. You can find out more about that here.
