Mixmag have posted a new mix from firm Quietus favourites, techno auteurs Perc and Truss for their In Session series – gild your ears with it above. It was recorded last month when the pair played the Ribbon Club in Terracina, Italy, and comes almost exactly a year on from their Soenda festival set, one of the Quietus’ favourite mixes of 2014.
Perc Trax will be celebrating ten years of operations later this month, with Slowly Exploding, a party at Corsica Studios on February 28. We couldn’t really urge your attendance more, and not only because the Hamburger Ladies, aka the Quietus’ own sex-doof purveyors, are turning in a set (expect "randy amateurism and angst music for sex people from tQ’s thruppeny knee tremblers"); no, with Perc, Truss, a Factory Floor live set, Powell, Randomer, Pete Swanson, Ansome, Nik Void and Avus, it couldn’t really be a more precision-honed, banger-primed line-up.
