Kelela has just unveiled a new collaboration with Le1f, produced by P Morris – take a listen to ‘OICU’ above. It’s the latest in a run of one-off releases she’s been putting out this year – including ‘The High’ and ‘Want It’ – following last year’s crystalline CUT 4 ME, one of our favourite full-lengths of the year (alongside Le1f’s own Flyzone). Whether this signals a new album is not clear, but in June she posted pictures of herself with FKA twigs and Kanye West collaborator Arca and Romy Madley Croft from The xx in the studio on Facebook, along with a message about writing new music.
