Daytrotter have just posted a session from perennial tQ favourite East India Youth, which sees William Doyle turning in some fine performances of ‘Dripping Down’, ‘Song For Granular Piano’, ‘Looking For Someone’ and ‘Heaven, How Long’ from his debut album TOTAL STRIFE FOREVER. In other EIY news, he’ll be heading to Festival Number 6 in Portmeirion next weekend, followed by the Reeperbahn Festival in Hamburg, Germany from September 17-20, the spacebar-battering C O L U M N S Festival in Manchester Cathedral on November 1, Iceland Airwaves Festival from November 5-9 and capping it all off with a headline set at London’s Heaven on November 13.
