The Smile are releasing a live album, The Smile Live At Montreux Jazz Festival 2022.
Recorded during the band’s performance at the Swiss festival in July of this year, the digital-only live album takes in eight tracks from across their debut album, A Light For Attracting Attention, which was released earlier this year. A film of the performed tracks will also be broadcast from the band’s YouTube channel tonight (December 13) at 8pm GMT. Available for 48 hours after the original broadcast, it will also exclusively feature the first ever public airing of new song ‘Bending Hectic’, which they wrote on the day of the festival performance.
Montreux Jazz Festival will release The Smile Live At Montreux Jazz Festival 2022 on December 14, 2022.
