Bill Callahan Covers Himself On ‘Let’s Move To The Country’

The Smog cover is the latest song to be unveiled from his forthcoming album

For the last six weeks, Bill Callahan has been sharing a new track each week from his forthcoming album, Gold Record, and the latest sees him delivering a cover of one of his own tracks.

‘Let’s Move To The Country’ originally appeared on the 1999 album Knock Knock, back when Callahan recorded and released music under the Smog name. You can listen to the updated version of the track just below, where you can also hear the other five songs to have been unveiled from Gold Record thus far.

Drag City will release Gold Record on September 4, 2020.
