New video for Field Of Reeds highlight and forthcoming single; tour dates below

These New Puritans have just posted the video for 'Organ Eternal', the brilliant centrepiece to our album of the year so far, Field Of Reeds - have a watch above.

Like their previous video, for 'Fragment Two', there's footage of the band playing, with director Willy Vanderperre intercutting it with black and white shots of a woman in an austere housing block. These, though, are put side by side with lingering images of trees and fields, (almost) visualising the album's title and with an echo of another artwork drawing on the uncanniness inherent in English landscape, Ben Wheatley's A Field In England, leading up to a final, blinding collision of the two terrains.

'Organ Eternal' will be released as the band's new single, out via Infectious Music on September 23. Following that, they'll be setting off on a tour of the UK - have a look at the dates below

Fri 11 - Gorilla, Manchester
Sat 12 - Simple Things Festival, Bristol
Tue 15 - Electric Brixton, London
Wed 16 - Vox, Leeds
Thu 17 - Oran Mor, Glasgow
Fri 18 - The Sage, Gateshead
