The Smile has shared a new song, called ‘Bending Hectic’.
Marking the band’s first new material of 2023, the track features strings by the London Contemporary Orchestra. The trio of Thom Yorke, Jonny Greenwood and Tom Skinner debuted the song during their set at 2022’s Montreux Jazz Festival in 2022, but the recording of the performance of it was not featured on the live album of that set that the band released in December.
