Jeff Mills Reissues ‘The Bells’ With Unreleased Track

The release is the latest in his 'The Director's Cut' series

Jeff Mills is reissuing his 1997 classic ‘The Bells’ alongside a previously unreleased track.

The release, which marks the sixth instalment in Mills’ The Director’s Cut reissues series, takes in two versions of ‘The Bells’: the original track and a ‘Blue Potential’ version which dates back to Mills’ 2005 release, Blue Potential (Live With Montpellier Philharmonic Orchestra) and has never been made available on vinyl until now. There’s also the previously unreleased track, ‘The Homosapien Sapiens’.

The record will be released via Mills’ own Axis Records this Friday (December 6). Earlier this year, Jeff Mills released a new album, Moon – The Area Of Influence, to mark the 50th anniversary of the moon landing.
