David Lynch Sells Signed Prints

The signed art print has been made available to mark the launch of his new exhibition in Manchester

David Lynch’s first major UK exhibition, ‘My Head is Disconnected’, is set to launch at HOME Manchester this Saturday (July 6) as part of this year’s Manchester International Festival, and to mark the occasion, a limited edition art print signed by the man himself has now been made available to purchase.

Titled Four (4) Heads Came Out on Wednesday, the print features, a press release explains, "a figurative apparition with multiple floating, circling heads, wailing upon a lonely hillside, a house or home in the rear-ground, earth and sky mingling in a brewing storm of Lynchian menace". You can see the image below. There are only 100 available and all have been individually signed by the writer, director and artist.

The prints are priced at £425 each and purchasers will be invited to a private preview of the exhibition on Friday (July 5). All profits from the sales of the prints will go to HOME to help fund future exhibitions. Sales of the print will open to HOME and MIF members at midday tomorrow (July 3) and to the wider public at midday the following day.

‘My Head is Disconnected’ is set to run until September 29, and will cover art, film and music events, all personally curated by Lynch. You can find more information on the exhibition here.
