Josephine Foster is set to follow last year’s Blood Rushing album with a new full-length. Entitled I’m A Dreamer, it’s out on November 11 via Fire Records, and adds another new twist to her back catalogue, which includes psych rock, interpretations of German Lieder and a setting of Emily Dickinson’s poems to music (read our Escape Velocity interview from around the time of that album’s release). She’s also again drawing on the more distant musical past for inspiration, with I’m A Dreamer collecting together a set of early country-esque songs arranged for voice, piano, harp, pedal steel, double bass and harmonica, all produced by Blood Rushing collaborator Andrija Tokic.
