1975 Neil Young LP To Be Released For First Time

Young describes 'Homegrown' as the "unheard bridge between 'Harvest' and 'Comes a Time'"

Homegrown, an album finished by Neil Young in 1975, is finally set to be released for the first time early next year.

The album was never released after Young finished as he decided to release his album Tonight’s The Night instead, which had been finished a couple of years earlier.

Homegrown was recorded between studios in Nashville, Redwood City, Los Angeles and London in November 1974 and January 1975. Young describes the album as the "unheard bridge between [his albums] Harvest and Comes a Time".

The album has been remastered from its original analogue tapes for the release, and is due out early in the new year via Reprise Records. Young confirmed news of the release via his Neil Young Archives website.
