Pixies Announce World Tour

First leg to kick off in September, with new material due

Following the emergence of new track ‘Bagboy’ online last week, Pixies have now announced a world tour, report Pitchfork.

So far, they’ve confirmed European live dates, which you can see below, with Kim Shattuck of The Muffs taking the recently-departed Kim Deal‘s place on bass.

Some of the dates have already gone on sale – and sold out – so you’ll need to be snappy. The band’s Facebook page just updated to say that the Lisbon, Manchester and London dates are going on sale tomorrow. Head to the band’s website to get hold of tickets, and watch the video for ‘Bagboy’ at the foot of this piece.
