Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds will be releasing ‘Mermaids’, the third single from this year’s Push The Sky Away album, on May 20 via Bad Seed Ltd – have a watch of the video for the track above, taken from footage of the band playing their U.S. album launch at the La Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles in February.
The single will be download only, packaged along with a live recording of the track from the German LP launch in Berlin, and two tracks taken from the album recording sessions but not featured on Push The Sky Away, ‘Needle Boy’ and ‘Lightning Bolts’.
The band are playing a host of European festival dates this summer, ahead of a full tour later in the year for which, sadly, all UK dates have sold out – head to Cave’s website for details.
