Salford’s premier merchants of gloriously unhappy motorik noise Gnod will be putting out their Chaudeland album, previously only available as a double-vinyl set, as a single release on February 25 via Rocket Recordings. Here’s the video for ‘Visions Of Load’ off the record, a thoroughly nasty bit of film featuring that classic pastime of choice, the home-made electric chair:
They’ve also announced a couple of live shows in advance of the album’s release, which precede the first of the band’s Gesamtkunstwerk events at their Islington Mill space in Salford, beginning on February 8. Expect some ear serration tactics to be deployed at the following:
