Favourites of this site such as Sly & The Family Drone, UKAEA (in DJ mode), Phil MFU and others are playing at New River Studios in Haringey, London this weekend.
The ZXFU event kick off today (June 6) with a lineup that includes Eel Men and Jonny Halifax, while proceedings continue tomorrow (June 7) with Morreadoras, Nothingheads and Cephalophore Vision Suppressant (which may be tQ Editor John Doran messing about with samples from the film Stalker).
Festival organiser Zoofest tells us: “It’s an excellent collection of actual underground music that is definitely not funded by the arms trade, the American military, banks, dickheads, culture-washing nonsense etc. Fuck SXSW, let’s rage to mad shit for less money and less death.”
