Wysing Arts Festival Announces Line-Up

Cambridgeshire festival returns with LoneLady, Peep Holes, James Holden and more

Wysing Arts Centre have announced the music line-up of their annual festival, this year dubbed ‘Space Time: The Multiverse’. The event, now in its sixth year, will take place at the Cambridgeshire venue on Saturday September 5 from noon until midnight.

As with previous years, the festival will be loosely based around a set theme, with this year centering on multiple identities and altered states. DJ and composer Beatrice Dillon, Drill Folly, Peepholes (who return after a triumphant set last year), Joey Fourr and LoneLady are amongst the names announced, with James Holden also booked to perform a set alongside choreographer Lucy Suggate. Suggate will base her performance on Holden’s set, reacting to the music and energy.

Joining them on the line-up will be Ectopia, Klara Lewis, Laura Buckley, Orlando, Ravioli Me Away, Rose Kallal & Mark O Pilkington, Squares and Triangles, The Fish Police and Tomaga. tQ’s Melissa Steiner said that the festival "showcases performers who you may not expect to share a bill, united here by the originality of their sound art practices" in her review of last year’s event.
