PREMIERE: Wrangler Share New Track, ‘Anarchy Of Sound’

The group's latest album is out later this week

Wrangler have shared a new track called ‘Anarchy of Sound’, exclusively via tQ. You can hear it above.

It’s the last track to be shared by the trio – made up of Ben ‘Benge’ Edwards, Stephen Mallinder and Phil Winter – before they release their third album, titled A Situation, together later this week. The track above features on the new album, which comes four years on from their last, 2016’s White Glue.

A Situation finds Wrangler on somewhat more bleak terms than they were in 2016 as they seek to reflect the times in which they wrote and recorded the album, and look ahead to the decade that awaits us.

Bella Union will release A Situation on February 28. Wrangler will play Manchester’s The White Hotel that same evening with support from Karl D’Silva (playing live) and Lone Lady (who will DJ), before travelling on to London’s Electrowerkz the following evening for a live set with support from MICROCORPS (Alexander Tucker / Grumbling Fur).
