Majority Of Wolfgang Voigt’s ’90s Output Collected On USB

75 unreleased tracks will feature alongside tracks from side projects such as Mike Ink, Studio 1 and Love Inc.

Wolfgang Voigt, the producer widely known as GAS, has made the vast majority of his non-GAS output from the ’90s available as part of a compilation called EARQUAKE.

The 303-track set takes in 75 previously unreleased tracks by the producer, who co-founded the Kompakt label, as well as a complete collection of tracks released under various aliases during the ’90s such as Mike Ink, Studio 1, Love Inc. and M:I:5.

A previously unheard 33-track album titled Mit Maschinen Sprechen also features amongst the collection. Recorded in 1995, it was produced under Voigt’s own name. None of his work as GAS nor any collaborations produced over the course of his career feature on the set.

EARQUAKE is available now in AIFF format on a USB stick complete with a booklet. You can also purchase the tracks individually as 320kbps MP3s via Kompakt’s website where you can find a full tracklist for the set too.

The release of EARQUAKE also coincides with the launch of a reissues series of some of Voigt’s ’90s records. The first of those, a record called Dadajack produced under his Mike Ink alias, is available now via Kompakt.
