Queens Of The Stone Age have revealed that they will indeed be releasing a new album this year, with their 7th LP to be titled Villains.
The group posted a teaser trailer this afternoon (14 June), in which the group take a lithograph test, attempting to lie their way through questions which reveal the details of the new album.
The trailer, which you can view above and was directed by Liam Lynch, reveals that the new album was produced by Mark Ronson, who makes a cameo in the clip.
A snippet of the first single, ‘Feet Don’t Fail Me’, is also included, while a snippet of text calls the record: ‘Honestly, the best album ever.’
