Tulipomania released their fourth album, This Gilded Age, earlier this year pushing forward with their distinctive rock drawl lead by Tom Murray’s vocals. Above, you can check out a video for single ‘Blinks First’ exclusively.
The video is a collection of cut-up, fast-paced collage images of the band’s instruments and disembodied cardboard cut-out heads, all found through magazines and newspapers and cleverly put together through the employment of stop-motion animation. The video is directed by both Tom Murray and Cheryl Gelover of the band and is one of a number of similar animations they have created to accompany tracks from their recent album.
