Real Lies release debut album Real Life in a few weeks from now, and ahead of that, they have shared the video for new single ‘Blackmarket Blues, the opening track on the album – you can watch the video above.
The track follows on from previous singles ‘World Peace’, ‘North Circular’, ‘Dab Housing’ and ‘Seven Sisters’, all of which feature on the new album, and once again captures much of what Real Lies have been gathering attention for over the past couple of years – those tales from the early morning hours at afterparties where night gives way to day, and the city’s role in that. Real Life is out on October 16 and Real Lies will soon begin a UK headline tour followed by a run of dates with Foals.
