Pete Murphy, formerly of the fantastic Bauhaus, has new album Ninth out on July 4th. This long-player will be preceded by the excellent dark pop track ‘I Spit Roses’, and we’ve got the video for it blow. The video is an excellent animated piece, with Murphy steering a sailing ship through perilous seas beset with mysterious and mythic beasts. The Kraken really ought to make more appearances in pop music, shouldn’t it?
