WATCH: Gazelle Twin/I Speak Machine

Videos for covers of John Foxx tracks ahead of the Exponentialism EP's release next week

Ahead of the John Foxx covers EP Exponentialism (artwork above) being released by Gazelle Twin and Tara Busch’s orchestral electronica outfit I Speak Machine next week, we’ve got a couple of videos from the record below.

The video for ‘My Sex’ is a sinister collection of grainy black and white images of close-up body parts, Tara Busch and, well, general abstraction. The claustrophobic camera angles add to the industrial electronics of Busch’s re-imagining of the track, creating an unnerving viewing experience:

‘Never Let Me Go’ is an altogether more colourful affair, melding images of the sea, nature and human relationships to Gazelle Twin’s beautiful a capella vocals that build to form an emotional choral swell set to a soft electronic backing:

Exponentialism is out on July 8 via Foxx’s Metamatic Records.
