VTSS To Release EP On Ninja Tune, ‘Circulus Vitiosis’

It follows on from the release of the 'Projections' EP on Ninja Tune sub-label Technicolour at the start of this year

VTSS has a new EP, Circulus Vitosis, on the way for Ninja Tune.

Marking her debut on the main imprint, following the release of Projections on the Technicolour sub-label in January, the four-track EP takes its name from the Latin phrase from which the DJ and producer took her artist name – meaning an endless feedback loop of cause and effect from which something negative can lead to something beautiful, or vice versa. Speaking about the EP’s title and concept, VTSS, real name Martyna Maja, said in a statement: "There are many ways to tie ‘Circulus Vitiosus’ to my lyrics and the idea of a person who’s self aware and accepts who she is. The EP is another chapter of this VTSS character, which was put together in four letters when the doors were closed, and now the doors are opened."

Ninja Tune will release Circulus Vitiosis on September 16, 2022.
