Vanishing Twin have shared a new track called ‘Magician’s Success’ alongside a music video.
‘Magician’s Success’ features on their upcoming album The Age of Immunology, which is set for release on June 7 with Fire Records. It’s the second song to be shared from the album following on from lead track ‘KRK (At Home In Strange Places)’.
"Like the song the video is about believing in magic," Vanishing Twin say. "We mixed and remix mythological characters and esoteric symbolism in a kind of ritual dance."
The Age of Immunology is an album focusing on the band’s dismay for a period of needless boundaries between people. Sung in the multiple home languages of the artists behind it, the album hopes to celebrate the differences between people and embrace “the pluralist dream.”
It was produced in a number of non-studio settings, from a live set on the Croatian island of Krk to a session at an abandoned mill in Sudbury.
