2019 will mark 15 years of Upset The Rhythm and to celebrate the milestone, a number of acts associated with the label are set to tour around Britain in March.
The label was formed in 2003 out of a frustration with the state of London’s music scene, when they organised Deerhoof’s only UK gig as part of their first European tour. Since then they’ve put on over 1500 live shows and released 115 records, working with the likes of Sleaford Mods, Future Islands, Wolf Eyes, John Maus, Xiu Xiu and Oneohtrix Point Never.
UTR are proud to be a self-described "platform for Britain’s enthralling musical underground in all its many forms," and this tour will see them showcase the talent on the label. The tour, going from London to Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester and Cardiff, will include Guttersnipe, Rattle, Sauna Youth, Trash Kit, Vital Idles and Dog Chocolate.
Tickets and lineup details are available from their website.
