Unsound Adelaide Details Announced

Ben Frost, Matmos and more will play Unsound's Australian venture this year

The first set of acts lined up to play this year’s edition of Unsound Adelaide has been announced with Ben Frost and Matmos leading the pack.

Frost will present the audiovisual show The Centre Cannot Hold on home soil for the first time alongside artist MFO, while Matmos’ appearance will mark their first Australian show in five years.

Yves Tumor and Resina will make their debut appearances in Australia for the festival, while Eartheater, fresh from her recent album on PAN, is also lined up to play.

Also confirmed are Lanark Artefax, Giant Swan, Tzusing, Lucas Abela, Ciel, Ptwiggs, Roza Terenzi and Adelaide local Emily Glass. There are still more names to be added to the line-up at the end of the month.

Unsound Adelaide takes place at the Queen’s Theatre, which is Australia’s oldest mainland theatre, from December 14-16. For more information and to get tickets, head here.
