Dubnobasswithmyheadman For Reissue

Underworld's 1994 album remastered and set for expanded re-release; band performing album in full in October

Underworld’s landmark third album dubnobasswithmyheadman will have its 20th anniversary celebrated with a reissue. It’s the first in a series of expanded re-releases of their catalogue through Universal Music, and has been remastered by the band’s Rick Smith. Alongside the original album, a five-disc set will also include the band’s singles released from 1991-94, remixes from 1992-94, previously unreleased material from 1991-93 that Smith unearthed when revisiting the original MIDI files at Abbey Road and a full recording of a 1993 rehearsal at the band’s Lemonworld studios. A two-disc set will condense the extras down onto one disc, and it’ll also be available in one-disc, double vinyl and HD Blu-ray formats.

The reissue will be out on October 6, and will be followed by the band performing the album in full at a special one-off concert at London’s Royal Festival Hall on October 11. Head to their website for full details and gig tickets and stream opener ‘Dark & Long’ below:
