In April of this year, Darko Esser released the first album under his Tripeo guise, entitled Anipintiros, on his label of the same name, distributed via Belgian imprint NEWS. Now, the new video for album track ‘Anipintiros #8’ is available to watch above.
Directed by Dutch video artist and VJ Heleen Blanken, known for previous work with techno stalwarts such as Jeff Mills, Ben Klock and Rødhåd, the moody, largely forest-set clip sits aptly alongside Esser’s atmospheric electronics. In further Esser news, an EP, also under his Tripeo alias, is due later this month on Rotterdam-based techno imprint Clone Basement Series, home to previous titles from Blawan, A Made Up Sound, Mike Dehnert and more. The three-track Nargy EP will be available to buy on September 23 and features "classic techno tracks crafted for use in our favourite basements and sweaty clubs".
