The famously edgy Trent Reznor has been making waves in the twitter sphere after a particularly provocative review with Vulture yesterday.
In the interview Reznor talks about everything from being an “avatar” of white male angst to band sponsorships. However, it has picked up special attention for his disgust with Donald Trump, assertion that Ashton Kutcher “seems like an asshole,” and frustration with the vulgar provocativeness in Nicki Minaj’s “Anaconda” music video.
However, Reznor talks about a lot more. Particularly interesting is his discussion of his work with Apple and Beats, the conflict between being a controversial artist and being a father, and the separation between Nine Inch Nails and the much younger audience seeing them in their current festival circuit.
Kutcher, Trump, and Nicki Minaj have not responded to the comments.
