Total Inertia Festival This Month

Festival features Richard Dawson, Guttersnipe and more at Leeds' Wharf Chambers later this month

Total Inertia Festival showcases a fine selection of artists who are in one way or another involved in creating adventurous, experimental sounds. A clear emphasis lies on presenting proponents of the local Northern English scene, but several international acts feature on the bill too.

Highlights include a concert by the local Vibracathedral Orchestra, a performance by the fairly mysterious Dutch trash-collective Fckn’Bstrds and a collaborative effort between lounge singer Herb Diamante and noise band Guttersnipe (not the Oi! Band). Further, Richard Dawson, Alan Wilkinson & Paul Hession, Mik Quantius, WIDT, Yeah You, Secluded Bronte and many more are also set to play. The people at Total Inertia Fest have kindly provided us with an exclusive mix featuring material by all of the artists performing at this year’s edition and you can listen to it above.

The festival takes place at Leeds venue Wharf Chambers from September 23-25. For more information and to get tickets, click here.
