Tom Waits might look like a man who exists out of time, but he seems to be pretty tight on this whole internet thing when it comes to his new album. He already put this teaser online, and now comes a posting suggesting more will be revealed next week. Under a post called Tom Waits Sets the Rumors Straight on his official website, there appears the following message: "There have been rumblings and rumors. New music from Tom Waits, you say? Come to TomWaits.com on Tuesday August 23rd, and Mr. Waits himself will set the record straight."
