Tim Burgess’ recent Oh No I Love You album – the product of his teaming up with Lambchop’s Kurt Wagner, with the latter writing the lyrics while Burgess wrote the music – recently made it into our list of Quietus favourite LPs of 2012.
Now Burgess and Lambchop have announced that there will be an opportunity to see them perform songs from the album in London this year – they’re set to play a one-off joint show at London’s Barbican on 23rd June. Tickets are priced between £15-25, and will go on sale from 11th January from here.
"The novelty of hearing Burgess in this fresh context, and of hearing a new voice taking Wagner’s texts to task, lends the whole affair a fresh hue," said Wyndham Wallace in our review of the LP.
