After a corking night with British Sea Power playing their Man of Aran soundtrack on Tuesday last, it’s time to announce our next excursion into the realm of the gig. On May 13th we’re taking over the Lexington for a night of the sternest music going in this year of our Lord 2010. Which means that opening up will be Perth’s astounding Snowman, the fast rising brutalists Factory Floor, and their Blast First Petite labelmates, Melbourne’s punishing minimal rock troupe My Disco. It is a most reasonable five quid to get in, and you can buy tickets here. Quietus’ resident gramophone technician The Atrocitator will playing all the records that we can’t normally get away with playing when it’s not our own do.
