The Quietus’ own John Doran made an appearance on snooker legend Steve Davis and Kavus Torabi’s The Interesting Alternative Show on Phoenix FM last night (Monday, December 15) to choose some of his favourite odd records of the year and you can listen to the show above on Spotify.
The show featured an exclusive play of the new Fat White Family single, ‘I Am Mark E Smith’, discussion of how Richard Burton moved to Jamaica briefly in 1974 to cut a dub plate with Lee Scratch Perry, some Satanic Dutch space rock and more music good enough to make your nipple spontaneously burst into flame.
