Moshi Moshi reissue of Secret Soundz Vol. 1 and 2 confirmed for June; get hold of I've Been Set Upon below

As we announced last week, The Pictish Trail has been busy getting together the line-up for the ace, inaugural Howlin’ Fling festival, where he, along with the rest of the Lost Maps roster, will be joined by Alexis Taylor, Luke Abbott, Beth Orton and more on the Isle of Eigg from July 18-20. He also told us that he’s signed to Moshi Moshi, through whom he’ll be reissuing his two albums, Secret Soundz Vol. 1 from 2008 and last year’s Secret Soundz Vol. 2. We’ve now got further details of those releases: they’ll be out on June 9 and available on limited edition gatefold vinyl, gatefold CD and download. To mark the news, The Pictish Trail is giving away Vol. 2‘s tender piano sketch ‘I’ve Been Set Upon’ for free – listen below and get hold of it from his Facebook page:

He’ll also be off on tour in May, following a DJ set at Edinburgh’s Hidden Door festival on March 31, and will be presenting a Lost Map showcase featuring himself, Monoganon, Tuff Love, comedian Josie Long and others in London on May 18 – have a look at the dates below:
