TONIGHT: The Men, Live, London

Noisy New York quartet to play London's CAMP Basement tonight, in advance of the release of their third album

If you’re in London tonight and after something loud and scuzzy for your evening’s entertainment, ace New York punk/rock crew The Men are playing live at CAMP Basement, with Fanzine and The Love Triangle in support.

The show will find them playing material from upcoming third album Open Your Heart. Released on 5th March through Sacred Bones, it’s set to find them exploring a far wider range of sounds than before: "twangy country music, guitar solos, surf-ish riffs, psych, and just about everything in between. Erring on the side of literal as opposed to ironic, the song titles here (“Oscillation”, “Country Song”, “Ex-Dreams,” etc.) blatantly celebrate the band’s ‘you get what you pay for’ DIY aesthetic."

You can listen to two songs from the new album, the title track and ‘Ex Dreams’, below.
