Olof Dreijer, formerly known as one-half of The Knife, is releasing a new record, Iris, through Dekmantel.

Comprised of two brand new productions by the Swedish producer, as well as remixes of the tracks by Príncipe affiliate Nídia and TraTraTrax co-founder Verraco, it marks Dreijer’s second record for Dekmantel, after last year’s Brujas EP with Diva Cruz.

The new record is said to draw on Dreijer’s high school phase as a breakdancer with lead track ‘Iris’ taking in the kind of colourful synth stabs that have lit up recent records for labels such as Hessle Audio and AD 93.

Listen to Iris‘ title track below.

Dekmantel will release Iris on October 17, 2025.
