The Knife have released a short film, The Interview, which tells the story behind their new album Shaking The Habitual.
It was directed by Marit Östberg, who also directed their ‘Full Of Fire’ video, and takes us on a trip through scenes of nature and urban decay, while the duo’s Karen Dreijer Andersson and Olof Dreijer talk you through how the album came to be: “We didn’t plan to make another album. We wanted to do something again but had to find a purpose. Music can be so meaningless. We had to find lust,” say the sibling pair in the film – watch it in full above.
