As we’ve previously reported, The Body’s new album, I Shall Die Here, which sees their already fearsome sonic approach given extra tectonic clout by The Haxan Cloak on production duties, will be out on RVNG Intl. on March 31/April 1. They’ve just put out another track from it, ‘To Carry The Seeds Of Death Within Me’, accompanied by a deeply unhappy and appropriate video from Richard Rankin, which you can watch above.
They’ll be embarking on a series of European tour dates next month, starting with Roadburn festival in Tilburg and taking in a UK run of Glasgow’s Audio on April 22, Roadhouse in Manchester, 23, The Winchester, Bournemouth, 24, St. Thomas Church, Bristol, 25, and concluding with a show on the Quietus’ stage at Desertfest in London on April 26; get hold of tickets for the latter here.
