LISTEN: Stream That Fucking Tank’s New LP

Hear A Document Of The Last Set, the band's re-recorded retrospective, out now on Gringo Records, in full

This year, Leeds/Bradford noise duo That Fucking Tank turn ten years old, and to mark that anniversary, today they’re releasing a new album, A Document Of The Last Set. The record’s a collection of some choice cuts from their output over their decade of existence, re-recorded by Hookworms’ MJ at Suburban Home Studios in Leeds and given only minimal retouches to best capture the sound of TFT’s live show.

It’s a 40-minute swarm of gnarled guitars, at times frothing at the mouth, others pivotting on funk-indebted riffs, drums trading on propulsive, mesmeric repetition and some none-finer titles (‘Bruce Springstonehenge’, ‘Keanu Reef’, you take your pick). We’re hugely excited to have a full stream of the album, which you can listen to below, and head over to Gringo Records’ site to get hold of one of the 300 vinyl copies before they sell out:
