Two more classic albums will be given the reissue treatment having been remastered

Swans are set to continue their run of remastered reissues with the release of White Light From The Mouth Of Infinity and Love Of Life in December. Listen to ‘Love Will Save You’, taken from the former, above.

The two albums will initially be released as a limited vinyl boxset and presented in their original restored artwork, including paintings by Deryk Thomas. It will also include two rare posters, a CD of outtakes, rarities, live recordings and a download code for both remastered albums. There will also be a 3xCD set of the album including a bonus disc and a digital release too. The albums were Swans’ seventh and eighth studio albums, released in 1991 and 1992. The reissues will be released on December 4. Swans are currently working on their last album in their “current incarnation” as announced recently by Michael Gira. The album has been worked on thus far in Texas with Gira producing. Work will soon continue in Berlin and Seattle with the album tentatively scheduled in for a late spring 2016 release.
