Sunn O))) have shared a new preview of their forthcoming live album, Metta, Benevolence – BBC 6Music : Live On The Invitation Of Mary Anne Hobbs.
The passage from ‘Pyroclasts F’, which you can listen to via the visualiser above, features guest contributions from Anna von Hausswolff, who supported the group on the UK leg of their 2019 tour shortly before the live session was recorded at the BBC’s Maida Vale studios.
The unveiling of the excerpt from ‘Pyroclasts F’ follows on from the announcement of the new live album from Sunn O))) earlier this month. The live album will be released digitally and on CD later this month, with a 2xLP release scheduled for January 28, 2022.
