Stroboscopic Artefacts Marks 10 Years With Compilation

Rrose, Alessandro Adriani and Luke Slater's L.B. Dub Corp alias have contributed to the 13-track release

Italian label Stroboscopic Artefacts will mark its 10th anniversary in November with the release of X – Ten Years Of Artefacts, a 13-track compilation featuring music from various affiliates of the label.

Curated by label head Luca Mortellaro, AKA Lucy, the compilation features tracks from Rrose, Alessandro Adriani, James Ruskin, Efdemin, Shifted, Adriana Lopez, Chevel, Denise Rabe, Serena Butler and Luke Slater’s L.B. Dub Corp alias. Lucy also contributes a solo track as well as collaborative tracks with Rrose (as Lotus Eater) and Speedy J (as Zeitgeber). Above, you can hear Lucy’s solo contribution, ‘The Goat God’.

The label will follow the compilation’s release with a special remix EP featuring reworks of back catalogue tracks by Donato Dozzy, Caterina Barbieri, Ben Klock and Xhin. Lucy and representatives of the label will also embark on a US and European club tour starting next month and continuing into January 2020. Lucy and Rrose will play as Lotus Eater, in addition to a DJ set by Shifted, at the London date at Village Underground on November 9.

Stroboscopic Artefacts will release X – Ten Years Of Artefacts digitally and on 3×12" on November 15.
