Soul Jazz Launches Post-Punk-Inspired Compilation Series

The Post Punk Dance series gets underway with 'Two Synths, A Guitar (And) A Drum Machine'

Soul Jazz is launching a new compilation series called Post Punk Dance.

The first release in the series, Two Synths, A Guitar (And) A Drum Machine, comprises 15 tracks from current acts influenced by the no wave, punk funk and New York noise bands of the late ’70s and early ’80s, as well as the industrial post-punk of Sheffield and Manchester during the 1980s. Charles Manier, Niagara, Toresch and Zongamin are among the artists whose music features. You can listen to clips via Sounds Of The Universe.

Soul Jazz will release Two Synths, A Guitar (And) A Drum Machine on February 19, 2020.
