Thrill Jockey To Release First Sightless Pit LP

The group is made up of LINGUA IGNOTA and members of The Body and Full of Hell

LINGUA IGNOTA has teamed up with the Body’s Lee Buford and Full of Hell’s Dylan Walker to form a new band called Sightless Pit.

The trio have signed to Thrill Jockey for the release of their debut album, Grave of a Dog, and have shared the first taste of that record in the form of a track called ‘Kingscorpse’, which you can hear above.

The Body and Full of Hell have previously teamed up on two full-length albums, the most recent of those being 2017’s Ascending a Mountain of Heavy Light. LINGUA IGNOTA, meanwhile, released her second album, Caligula, last year.

Thrill Jockey will release Grave of a Dog on February 21.
